1. Who we are

businesslist.me is operated by WeldonPC, 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125 ("we").

2. Your listing

You may list a real business that you own or manage. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us a licence to display, format and share it (including in search results and share images) while the listing is up. You are responsible for its accuracy.

3. Prohibited categories

We do not list: adult services; escort or dating services; weapons sales; cannabis or THC; payday or title loans; debt relief; credit repair; bail bonds; "work from home" or multi-level marketing recruitment; gambling; crypto investment; firearms; or any listing for a person rather than a business.

4. Moderation

Listings, edits and sponsor content are checked automatically and may be reviewed. We may decline, hide or remove any listing at our discretion. Listings that several visitors report are hidden until the owner fixes them. Listings that nobody confirms as open for a year are hidden and then removed.

5. Paid features

Paid features are one-time payments for 12 months, without automatic renewal, made through PayPal. They are non-refundable. Paid time pauses while a listing is hidden and resumes when it is shown again. A payment that is reversed or charged back ends the feature. Featured and sponsor spots are limited per page and labelled "Paid placement".

6. No endorsement

A listing, badge or placement is not an endorsement by us. We do not check licenses, insurance, bonding or quality.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
