About

About businesslist.me

A free, owner-managed directory of local businesses across Ohio. Each business gets one clean, fast page that its owner controls.

How it works

• Owners add their own business. Every listing was submitted by someone who confirmed an email address and passed automated checks (and, when flagged, a review).
• Basic listings are free, for good. Optional paid upgrades are always labelled, and Featured and sponsor placements say "Paid placement".
• There are no reviews, ratings or contact forms. Visitors call or visit the business using the details the owner published.
• Nothing tracks you: no analytics, no tracking cookies, no cookies on public pages. Most browse and help pages show one banner ad, labelled "Advertisement", from AdEngine (adengine.us), WeldonPC's own small ad network; it sets no cookies (what it receives).

Who runs it

businesslist.me is operated by WeldonPC, 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125. WeldonPC was founded by Weldon Hastings. It does not endorse any business listed here.

Legal, removal and copyright notices: legal@businesslist.me. Everything else is answered on the help page.

Where the data comes from

Business details come only from the businesses themselves. businesslist.me did not copy, scrape or buy any listings, and it launched with none.

The category list is our own. City names and locations: U.S. Census Bureau, 2025 Gazetteer Files (Ohio places), accessed 2026-10-06.
